Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 14, 2026
Ahmad Learning Hub provides question-paper generation, MCQs practice, study resources, exam preparation, and live quiz tools. Most public educational pages can be viewed without creating an account. We do not sell personal information.
1. Account Information
When a user creates an email account, we collect the name and email address entered during registration. A securely hashed password and verification token are stored so the account can be authenticated; the original password is not stored in readable form. When Google sign-in is used, we receive the basic account details needed to create or identify the Ahmad Learning Hub account, such as name, email address, and Google account identifier.
2. Information Provided Through Site Features
Additional information is stored only when a visitor chooses to use the relevant feature:
- Contact form: name, email address, message, and basic security information needed to prevent abuse.
- Reviews: rating, feedback, display name, and account email unless the review is submitted anonymously.
- Live quizzes: room details, participant name or roll number, answers, score, and quiz activity needed to run the session and show results.
- Saved work: saved questions, generated papers, selected topics, or other content a signed-in user asks the platform to retain.
- AI and upload features: the topic, prompt, text, image, or document intentionally submitted for question generation.
- Subscriptions and payments: plan, payment reference, amount, status, and related transaction records. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Ahmad Learning Hub.
3. Service Counters and Security Logs
The platform may store limited usage counters, timestamps, session information, IP address, browser information, and error/security logs. These records support subscription limits, account security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and reliable operation. They are not used by Ahmad Learning Hub to build a cross-site advertising profile.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies and browser storage keep users signed in, remember necessary preferences, protect forms, and support core features. These are required for the requested service. Optional analytics cookies are loaded only after the visitor selects Accept optional. A visitor can reject optional cookies and can reopen Cookie settings from the footer.
5. Analytics and Advertising
When optional cookies are accepted, Google Analytics may collect aggregated usage information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and browser details. Third-party advertising scripts are currently disabled. If Google AdSense is enabled in the future, this policy and the consent controls will continue to explain and manage advertising cookies as required.

6. Children's Privacy
The site contains educational material for school-age learners. Children should use account, payment, upload, and AI features with parent, guardian, or teacher guidance where appropriate. Users should not submit unnecessary personal, confidential, financial, or sensitive information through prompts, uploads, reviews, or quiz fields.
7. Retention and Deletion
Information is kept only while it is reasonably needed to provide the selected service, maintain security and records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of account information through the profile tools or the Contact page. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
8. Service Providers
Hosting, email delivery, Google sign-in, analytics, AI generation, and payment providers may process limited information when their services are used. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms and applicable legal obligations.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy when site features or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
