Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use Ahmad Learning Hub, including its question-paper generator, MCQs practice, study resources, exam tests, accounts, subscriptions, and live quiz tools.

1. Educational Purpose

The platform is provided for learning, revision, classroom support, and exam preparation. It is not an official education board, examination authority, textbook publisher, or guarantee of examination results.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts must not be shared or used to access another person's private work without permission.

3. Questions and AI-Generated Content

Questions may come from the site's reviewed database, teacher-created content, user uploads, or AI-assisted generation. AI-generated questions, answers, explanations, and papers may contain mistakes or may not match the latest official syllabus, pairing scheme, or marking instructions. Users must review important material against their current textbook, board notification, and teacher guidance.

4. Live Quizzes

Quiz hosts are responsible for reviewing room questions, choosing appropriate content, managing participants, and sharing room codes safely. Participants must use appropriate names or assigned roll numbers and must not disrupt, manipulate, or attempt unauthorized access to a room.

5. User Content

Users may submit reviews, custom questions, prompts, documents, images, or other educational material. You must have permission to submit that content and must not upload unlawful, harmful, confidential, copyrighted, or personally sensitive material. You grant Ahmad Learning Hub permission to process submitted content only as needed to provide the requested feature and operate the service.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass platform security or usage limits.
• Do not submit malicious files, false payment information, abusive content, or another person's personal information without permission.
• Do not present generated material as an official board paper or guaranteed examination content.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. The plan name, price, duration, included features, and any cancellation or refund conditions shown during checkout form part of these terms. Payment confirmation depends on the payment provider's verification. Future prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Ahmad Learning Hub name, interface, original text, software, and platform-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party textbooks, user submissions, and referenced educational materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Availability and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free generated content, permanent storage, or a particular academic result. To the extent permitted by law, Ahmad Learning Hub is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on unverified content or temporary service interruption.

10. Children and Student Use

School-age users should use account, payment, upload, and AI features with suitable parent, guardian, school, or teacher supervision. Students should not enter unnecessary personal or sensitive information into quiz, review, prompt, or upload fields.

11. Suspension or Termination

Access may be limited or terminated when an account violates these terms, threatens the platform or other users, abuses payment or usage systems, or is required to be restricted by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts with applicable jurisdiction in Punjab, Pakistan.
